Principles

  1. Craftsmanship over speed. The details matter. Quality compounds over time in ways that shortcuts never do.
  2. Think in decades, act in days. Have a long-term vision but bias toward action. The best plans are useless without execution.
  3. Stay curious. The best ideas come from the intersection of disciplines. Read widely, explore broadly, connect dots others miss.
  4. Build with people you admire. Life is too short to work with people who don't inspire you. Surround yourself with excellence.
  5. Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. Whether in design, business, or communication, the ability to simplify is a superpower.
