Principles
- Craftsmanship over speed. The details matter. Quality compounds over time in ways that shortcuts never do.
- Think in decades, act in days. Have a long-term vision but bias toward action. The best plans are useless without execution.
- Stay curious. The best ideas come from the intersection of disciplines. Read widely, explore broadly, connect dots others miss.
- Build with people you admire. Life is too short to work with people who don't inspire you. Surround yourself with excellence.
- Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. Whether in design, business, or communication, the ability to simplify is a superpower.
